Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for paid services on LAWversity ("Platform"), operated by Raegel Consulting and Research Private Limited (227, Pocket 8, Sector 23, Rohini, New Delhi — 110085). By making a payment on the Platform, you agree to this policy. All payments on LAWversity are processed through EaseBuzz Payment Gateway.

2. Paid Services

LAWversity offers the following types of paid services: premium webinars, Intensive Training Programs (ITPs), and bundled course packages. Free webinars are complimentary and do not involve any payment — this policy does not apply to free services.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by User: You may cancel your registration for a paid session by sending an email to contact@lawversity.in with your registered email ID, transaction ID, and the session name.

3.2 Cancellation Deadline: Cancellation requests must be received before the scheduled session start time to be eligible for a full refund.

3.3 Late Cancellation: Cancellation requests received after the session has been confirmed are not eligible for a refund.

3.4 Cancellation by LAWversity: If LAWversity cancels or reschedules a session for any reason, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date — no questions asked.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Eligible Refunds: Full refund is provided when LAWversity cancels the session, or when a technical issue on LAWversity's end prevents access to the paid session.

4.2 Non-Refundable: No refund will be provided in the following cases: the session has already been conducted; the user has accessed or downloaded session materials; the user fails to attend the session without prior cancellation.

4.3 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction (bank account, UPI, card, or wallet). We will not deduct any processing fees from your refund amount.

4.4 Failed/Erroneous Transactions: If an amount is deducted but the transaction fails or is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5-7 business days. If not received, contact us immediately with your transaction details and we will personally follow up with the payment gateway on your behalf.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to contact@lawversity.in with the following details:

Your full name and registered email address. Transaction ID / Payment reference number. Name and date of the session. Reason for cancellation or refund request. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.
